Holidays: Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day are charged at £10 extra per day, per dog. All other bank holidays are charged at £5 extra per day, per dog. A 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Dropoff/Collection Hours: You can drop off and collect your dogs between the hours of 8am and 8pm. We'll arrange a time when you schedule a booking.
Note: If you choose to collect your dog earlier than the agreed date and time, you'll be charged for the full term booked. If you don't collect your dog by the agreed date and time, you'll be charged accordingly.
We are registered with NFDC (New Forest District Council) and are fully insured.
